When this value overrides the value determined by this property, that means the Tag's value was not changed on that interval. Otherwise, when the value of this property is equal to 0 (zero), data from a Pen is always connected with a straight line joining these two points, as if that value was varying linearly. This property's unit is in milliseconds.
