The HasLoadSheddingControl property must be configured as True in all Breakers that can turn off Loads due to a Shedding operation. Only Breakers with this property set to True can be preset by Elipse Power's Load Shedding Module. If this property is set to False, then a Breaker is not considered as a shutdown alternative by Elipse Power's Load Shedding Module.
