LoadSheddingLoadReliefEvents |
This event is used when users want to execute a relief of the total load consumed, over the current system status.
Different from a Switch event, where the algorithm defines the amount of Loads to shed, the Load Relief event previously defines the amount of Loads to shed, which can be a percentage or an absolute value over each island.
Once the field IED is preset, its triggering can be executed when a sub-frequency is detected on the field network or event through an explicit load relief command by any IED.
The following properties must be configured:
•AmountToShed: Amount of load that must be shed by island for this Scenario. This property works together with the AmountType property
•AmountType: Configures whether the amount of Loads to relief is expressed in absolute or percentage values. Notice that, when using a Percentage type, this percentage refers to each electrical island. However, when using the Absolute type, this value refers to the sum of all islands
•UnitPrefix: When the amount is expressed in absolute values, this property indicates the unit of this value (in W, KW, MW, or GW)
