SelfHealingRestorationTrigger

Requests a trigger from the Self-Healing Module for permanent protection triggers. When receiving this trigger, the Self-Healing Module performs the isolation of the device's downstream block and reestablishes the other blocks. It is important to notice that this trigger depends on the protection's coordination, because it considers that the failed block is immediately at downstream from the triggered device.

To correctly identify these trigger conditions, users must use Measurements signaled by the device, such as triggering by time over-current, instantaneous over-current, lockout indication, etc.

Due to the large number of possibilities of protection triggering, this trigger must also be configured so that the conditions that must trigger the Self-Healing Module be correctly isolated, thus avoiding improper triggers.
