1.Add a Commands folder to device Substation1.D1 and insert a Discrete Command on this Folder named "BreakerPosition", with its CommandType property set to *BreakerPosition.

2.Insert on Commands folder two Command Units, "Open" and "Close", and configure their CommandName properties to Open and Close, respectively.

3.On these Command Units, configure their OperateWriteTag properties to Substation1.D1.Measurements.BreakerPosition.Operator.
