1.Instantiate a calculated source on the SelfHealingAvailable Measurement of the Substation.D1 device. Configure the Calculated source so that the result of the expression turns this Measurement available only when the LocalRemote Measurement is equal to Remote and the SelfHealingFlaggedByUpstream Measurement is not signaled. Change the ActiveSource property to Calculated.

2.Instantiate a calculated source on the SelfHealingSetFlagDownstream Measurement of the Substation1.D1 device. Configure the Calculated source so that when the SelfHealingAvailable Measurement is available, the result is equal to 1 (one). Change the ActiveSource property to Calculated.
