In situations where a value received by a Master Driver from Elipse Software must be available for an external system, users must create a Simple Link on the Slave Driver's Tags that receives the value read by the Master Driver. To do so, open the Properties Window of the Tag, select the Links tab, and create a Simple Link on the Value property.

In addition, user must also configure Master Driver's Tags to allow reading and Slave Driver's Tags to allow only writing. To do so, configure the AllowRead property of the Master Drive to True and the AllowWrite property of the Slave Driver also to True on the Properties List.
