When this property is set to True, displays one more column on PowerExplorer's window, with Measurement's timestamp. This configuration applies to all three tabs displaying Measurements (Analog, Discrete, and Protections).

Color configurations for this column are the same as the one for the column displaying Measurement values (the DisplayBkColor property and the colors defined for quality). Default value of this property is False.
