This property allows adjusting the load shedding algorithm's functionality regarding the usage of spinning reserves. Possible values for this property are the following:
•0 - MostPowerfulGenerator (default): Uses the spinning reserve of the most powerful generator on the electrical island
•1 - IslandGenerators: Uses the sum of spinning reserves of all generators on the electrical island
