This property allows a Driver to convert a value received as Null to Empty in cases where that Driver does not accept null values. Both value's quality and timestamp are propagated unchanged, except on cases where the value received as Null contains a good quality. In these situations, this value is converted to Empty and its quality is changed to 0 (zero, bad quality). Default value of this property is False.
