The SplitValue property determines a value to set to a Frame's Splitter. In Elipse Power Studio, this value can be followed by the unit "%" (percentage), "hm" (Himetric), or "px" (pixels). If the unit is omitted, this value is considered in Himetric. At run time, this value must be a number and it is always considered as a percentage.
