RenameValue(ValueName, NewValueName)

Renames a certain existing Set of Values in the Formula table. This method contains the ValueName parameter, which is the name of a Set of Values, and NewValueName, which informs a new name for that Set of Values. Returns True if this operation is successful or False otherwise.
