Enables a check on all alarms in an object. After enabling that check (True), if the ActiveAlarms property is greater than 0 (zero), server then checks active alarms, as well as non-acknowledged ones, listing these last ones in the ActiveNACKAlarms property. This property is useful to avoid a cascade effect on some applications, where the occurrence of an event triggers a large number of correlated alarms.
