CreatePRJ(Filename)

Creates a new project file (.prj) named Filename, and then adds it to the current Domain, if it exists. If the Filename parameter is not an absolute path, then it uses a path relative to the Domain, or the default path for project files (saved on Windows Registry). The .prj extension is added automatically, if needed.
