Elipse Power uses the Himetric system to define coordinates and widths. In this system, each logical unit is the equivalent of a thousandth of a centimeter, that is, every 1,000 units correspond to one centimeter. Thus, this is the standard adopted in the description of Elipse Power properties, when applicable.
