Quality of Output Measurements of this Module

The quality of the LoadShedding source of Measurements that display the result of the Load Shedding Module, such as the *ShedLoadOnScenario Measurement, reflects the quality of Measurements used as input. If any input Measurement for the Load Shedding Module displays bad or uncertain quality, that is, less than 192, this quality propagates to all LoadShedding-type Sources that depend on this Measurement. Examples of input Measurements that propagate their results for LoadShedding-type Sources are the following:

BreakerPosition or SwitchPosition

BreakerRackPosition

LoadSheddingBreakerAvailable

LoadSheddingPriority

ActivePower for a Load or for generation

It is important to notice that a bad quality on one of these input Measurements may lead the shedding calculation to work improperly, because it uses the last available value of these Measurements as an input, and this value may not represent the current status of the controlled electrical system.
