Defines all Scenarios that are evaluated by the Load Shedding algorithm.

Every Scenario contains an Enabled property that defines if that Scenario is calculated by the algorithm, and a ValidOutput property (runtime-only), which indicates whether the Module found a solution for that Scenario.

Every Scenario contains its associated events and Measurements.
