The Load Shedding Scenario allows selecting Loads that are always shed for a Scenario, regardless of its shedding priority.

This configuration is used in situations where it makes no sense to keep a certain Load working if this Scenario occurs. For example, Loads related to Generator's functionality do not need to remain active if this Generator is out of operation, therefore forcing these Loads may allow the algorithm to preserve a better set of Loads.
