Implemented support for tap in Three-Winding Transformers only for models in EDB format.

Created a representation of a tap in Three-Winding Transformers.

Created two new input Discrete Measurements, *Bypass and *Isolation, for Topological Processor, Power Flow, Self-Healing, Load Shedding, and State Estimator modules.

Allowed the External Reader module to provide values of *Bypass e *Isolation Discrete Measurements to the Power Flow module.

The Load Shedding module now shows in the log the reason a ValidOutput property contains a False value.

The PowerEngine2 library now supports Two-Winding Transformers inside Wind Power Plants and their Bays.

A closed loop blocks the operation of the Self-Healing module only with the involved Feeders, not blocking all Feeders connected to the same Busbars anymore.

Implemented an overload simulation in the Self-Healing module.

The Analog Measurement *LoadSheddingSpinningReserve can receive a negative value, which indicates whether a generator must reserve power.
