To execute E3 Server or Elipse Power's programming environment, users must have a computer with the following configuration:

•Video adapter and monitor with a minimum resolution of 1024 × 768 pixels

•1 GB of hard disk free space, which does not include space for data files

•Windows 10, Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB or LTSC, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, or Windows Server 2022

•Microsoft .NET Framework 8.0

•USB port

•Network interface for use as a server or as distributed applications
