Elipse F4 is a web platform for management, optimization, and control of production, which offers an integrated environment for modeling and monitoring productive processes for manufacturing environments, providing an excellent solution for programming, optimizing, and controlling production tasks of a company.

Elipse F4 starts by direct registration or importing sales orders from a company's sales department. With these sales orders, all independent tasks to execute for manufacturing each requested product are checked, processed and delivered to each workstation in an optimized way, to achieve the shortest delivery time and reduce idle time of productive resources. After these tasks are scheduled (production programming), they are sent directly to the workstation by Elipse F4, which can be formed an operator or by a device. After scheduling, Elipse F4 monitors the execution of the tasks, as well as the execution of each workstation, rearranging the scheduling of tasks in case of contingencies, such as stopping a device for maintenance, a continuous quality failure, or a lack of input by logistics failure, among other examples.

Elipse F4 was developed to work as a plant's heart, ensuring a continuous and balanced flow of production and the correct usage of productive resources. This solution can be installed on remote computers, ensuring all flexibility provided by the current cloud computing platforms. Communication between Elipse F4 and devices is performed in a simple and secure way using Elipse E3, and the solution can be easily integrated with other Elipse Software products, such as Elipse Plant Manager and Elipse Mobile, among others.
