The file CollectedLogs.zip is generated in PKZIP format, and can be opened by any program that also decompresses files in ZIP format.

At least there is one eeLogCollector_Readme.txt file inside the CollectedLogs.zip file. This file contains all records for the executed collect process, even if that collect process did not find or add files. This is important to inform what was collected.
