Users can enable compression of communication packets using the REC protocol between E3 Server, Elipse E3 Viewer, and Elipse E3 Studio.

Define a Connection Time-out

For situations when an E3 Server is starting and protection device's detection is slow, users can control the maximum time Elipse E3 Studio or E3 Admin take to connect to an E3 Server.
