E3Globals is an E3 module that contains methods for global usage. The GetCurrentWindowsUserName, GetLocalTime, and GetLocalTimeUTC methods cannot be used in Links, only in scripts. All other methods can be used in Links, as well as in scripts.

The way of using these methods admits two syntax forms, E3Globals.<method> or simply <method>, except for the Report object, where the E3Globals.<method> syntax is mandatory.
