DeleteUnboundSelected([Operator])

Allows removing the selected unbound alarms. If there is no unbound alarm selected on E3Alarm, this method fails. Users can remove an alarm (in this case, a new record is added to the Database indicating this removal), and on E3Alarm the corresponding row indicates that it was removed. Operator is an optional String indicating the name of the operator that acknowledged the alarm. This value is displayed on E3Alarm's Operator column. If omitted, then E3 Viewer's current user is used or ("No user"), if there is no user logged on. For the removal, the logged-on user must have the Delete unbound alarms permission.
