Disables Windows exception handling by E3. If this option is enabled (a value different from zero), Windows exceptions generated at run time (E3Run) or on database threads are not handled by E3, and therefore not registered in the log, and also terminate the execution of these processes. Disabling this option (default value) enables E3 to write Windows exceptions to the log.
