Defines an E2Gauge's orientation. Possible values for this property are the following:

•0 - Left: This object's lower side aligns with frame's left side

•1 - Up: This object's lower side aligns with frame's upper side

•2 - Down: This object's lower side aligns with frame's lower side (default)

•3 - Right: This object's lower side aligns with frame's right side
