The Script Editor is used to create scripts in E3 Reports. The language used to create scripts in a Report is Active Scripting, which interacts with Visual Basic. When Script Editor window is open, it provides methods and events for Report's objects and components. To use this feature, click Script Editor , which is available on the Report's toolbar.

In the Object option, users must specify an object to create a script and in the Events option, a Report's event in which this action occurs.
