An E3Playback, a playback tool by Elipse Software, is an ActiveX that executes inside E3 Viewer or WebViewer and allows viewing application Screens using historical data stored on databases.

E3Playback retrieves Tags referenced on these Screens from a database, as well as other Links between an E3 Viewer and a server (such as Viewer Tags with Links to server objects), and displays values, animations, statuses, and charts according to information available on a database and a defined period of playback.
