There are certain E3 configurations that can be performed directly in Windows Registry, although this procedure is not advisable. Elipse Software has a tool called E3 Tweak, which performs registry settings using a graphical interface. E3 Tweak User's Manual can be opened on Windows Start menu. E3 Tweak can be opened using these shortcuts:
