1.Configure the FillStyle property of InitialScreen to 12 - bkPicture to enable a background image.

2.To place the BackgroundInitialScreen figure as this Screen's background, drag it from the Resources item in Organizer to that Screen's PictureFile property. This allows Elipse E3 to use the inserted resource instead of an image file, which is external to an application.
