1.Select the File - Users menu. If this application does not have any registered user, click OK on the dialog box that opens to create an administrator user.

2.Select the Groups item and create two user groups, called "Maintenance" and "Operator".

3.Select the Users item and create two users. Configure one of these users as belonging to the Maintenance group and the other user as belonging to the Operator group.

4.Configure the Maintenance group with the Configure users/groups permission enabled on the Permissions tab of this group.
