Returns a stored value relative to a given point in time defined by the TimeStamp variable. The type of relationship can be one of the following:

•Previous: A value stored immediately before a timestamp

•Next: A value stored immediately after a timestamp

•Interpolated: A calculated value based on Previous and Next values

•ExactTime: A value stored at the exact instant provided by the timestamp
