A Section Report is a component called E3SectionReport, which allows viewing and printing instantaneous values from system variables and data stored on databases, such as Alarms, Historic objects, Queries, and Formulas. To use a Section Report, right-click Organizer's View - Reports item, in Domain mode, select the Insert Section Report in option, and then select a project's name.

A Section Report uses a Query object. This object allows users to specify a database source for data viewed on a Section Report.

A Section Report contains several Sections. Each Section of a Section Report contains a group of controls that are processed and printed at the same time, as a unit.
