On Windows 10, follow these procedures:

1.Click the Start menu.

2.Select the Windows Administrative Tools folder.

3.Double-click Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.

4.Select the Default Web Site item on the Connections panel and select the Default Document option on the central frame.

5.Click Open Feature and Add on the Actions panel, type "e3web.asp" in the Name field, and click OK.

5.After these procedures, the client computer can access the web server using Internet Explorer.
