•The Apply button on the User Administration window of Elipse E3 Viewer is now enabled when performing changes. An Apply button was also added to the User Permissions window of Elipse E3 Studio. This bug occurred since v4.0.167.

•Standardized and fixed some window titles of modules E3Server.exe, Viewer.exe, and E3Viewer.ocx.
