AddPen(PenPath, [ErrorDetails])

Adds a Pen to the last added plot area. The PenPath parameter corresponds to the path of a Tag in Elipse E3. The optional return parameter ErrorDetails contains a String with details about an error in this operation. This method returns True if the Pen was added successfully or False otherwise. Please check the AddDisplay method for an example of this method.
