When changing the value of this property using E3Run, it considers this action always allowed and linked to the System user, the same user acknowledging alarms automatically. When changing the value of this property using Elipse E3 Viewer or the Domain, there is a verification whether the logged-in user is allowed to perform this action, according to Domain's settings.
