RemoveFromService(Reason, [ActorID])

Suppresses an Alarm Source using the Out-of-Service type. The Reason indicates a reason for the suppression of this Alarm or Event. The ActorID parameter is optional and indicates the name of an operator that suppressed this Alarm Source. This method returns True if the suppression was successful or False if the suppression failed.
