MoveAlarmField(Index, NewPosition)

Changes the order of an Alarm Field in the Collection of Fields at run time. The Index parameter indicates the name, which corresponds to the Name property, or the index, which corresponds to the Index property, of the Field whose order must be changed. The NewPosition parameter indicates the new position of the Field in the Collection of Fields.
