OnTagRead(Tag)

Occurs when reading an OPC UA Tag, whenever a new value or error returns from an OPC UA Server, that is, if an OPC UA Tag's value or quality does not change, this event is not triggered. For this event to occur, the OPC UA Tag's EnableDriverEvent must be enabled.
