Elipse E3 Application Wizard is a tool to create a new Domain with a project or a library. This option can be opened using the following ways:

•By clicking New on Default toolbar

•By selecting the File - New Project menu

Once the Wizard starts, its initial screen is then opened. To proceed, click Next.
