Time to wait for a CTS signal, in milliseconds. After turning the RTS signal on, a timer is started to wait for a CTS signal. If this timer expires, a Driver aborts sending bytes through the serial port. Available only when the IO.Serial.RTS property is configured with the value Toggle and the IO.Serial.WaitCTS property is configured to True.
