The next parameters are copied from the configuration of Elipse SuperDriver Driver to all its subordinated Profiles, therefore they do not need to be filled in all Profiles.

•Setup tab:

•Physical layer: Fixed as Ethernet and does not expect communication using other interfaces

•Connection management mode: Automatic or Manual

•Retry failed connection every n seconds

•Give up after n failed retries

•Disconnect if non-responsive for n seconds

•Activation and Log file name: Generates a log file for each Slave, whose file name is formed by the name configured in Elipse SuperDriver Driver and by a suffix formed by the Profile name and TCP/IP Port

•Ethernet tab:

•Transport (protocol): Fixed as TCP and does not expect another transport protocol

•Main IP address

•Backup IP address

•Local port specification (for main IP, as well as for backup IP)

•Ping: Enabling, time-out, and retries
