Introduction

This Driver implements the SCPI (Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments) protocol, which allows Elipse Software's products to communicate with any device that supports this protocol.

The SCPI Driver was developed using Elipse Software's IOKit library. This library, after configured, is responsible for implementing the physical layer access, that is, Serial, Ethernet, Modem, or RAS. For more information, please check topic Documentation of I/O Interfaces.
