Introduction

This Driver implements the Protocol2000 protocol by Kramer Electronics Ltd., which allows Elipse Software applications to communicate with compatible media (audio and video) switchers.

The Kramer Protocol2000 Driver was developed using Elipse Software's IOKit library. This library, after configuration, is responsible for implementing the physical layer access, that is, Serial, Ethernet, Modem, or RAS. For more information, please check topic Documentation of I/O Interfaces.
