Driver Configurations |
This Driver's [P] parameters are not used. All configurations must be performed on the configuration window. For more information about Serial, Ethernet, Modem, and RAS tabs, please check topic Documentation of I/O Interfaces.
NOTES |
•Some RS232/RS485 converters use echo on the RS-232 connector's side. If this is the case, enable the Enable ECHO suppression option on the Serial tab of this Driver's configuration window. •Some RS232/RS485 converters also require a short time interval between messages to switch an RS-485 network. If users are experiencing a lot of communication errors, try using the Inter-frame delay (milliseconds) option on the Serial tab of this Driver's configuration window to define small adjustments, 80 ms or more, in the time interval between messages. |
