In Elipse E3, Elipse Power, or Elipse Water, click Tag Browser on this Driver's view to open Tag Browser, which allows dragging and dropping blocks declared on controllers.

On this window there is always a folder called IOKit, but in this Driver these IOKit Tags must not be used because they are not effective. Other folders representing network controllers, or devices, are displayed if this Driver connected to a network at least once. Devices also appear if users manually define a file called MB300_XX.ini, in which XX represents a device node on a network, in decimal notation.
