Introduction

This Driver communicates with ABB controllers MP280, MV230, AC410, and AC450 on a Masterbus network, which is an Ethernet 10Mbits/s Half-Duplex network, in a redundant or non-redundant schema. It was developed using information provided by the following documents:

This Driver is also based on Elipse Software's IOKit library version 2.0 or later and on WinPcap library.

On the ABB Master side, Masterbus 300 communication software is implemented on the following microprocessor-based communication boards:

•DSCS 140 in MG230/1 and MP260/1, MP280/1

•Communication module CS513 in processor module PM 150 in AC410

•Communication module CS513 with Carrier board SC510 or SC520 in AC450
