Users must configure a device's protocol and communication interface according to instructions on the user's guide provided by this device's manufacturer.

For full integration with Elipse SCADA, Elipse E3, Elipse Power, or Elipse Water applications, a device must be able to perform a connection to a computer via Serial, Ethernet, Modem, or RAS interface, by using the LXI01 protocol to perform data transactions with this device.

If a Lamix panel contains an Ethernet interface, check its user's guide for the proper IP address and TCP/IP port to establish an Ethernet connection with this device.
